About Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 8-15 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Learn more
How do I change my order?
Contact us: Send us customer service email: cynthia@cynthiawang.shop/ Message us on the bottom right/ Submit contact sheet. (Note: Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will unable to make any changes.)
How can i track my packpage?
Once the item ship we will be able to email you to update the tracking number.
When will you ship my order?
Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Processing time usually 3-5 business days.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

What is the packaging?
Your order will be placed in one of our green boxes and the outer layer will be wrapped with a kraft paper bubble bag.
Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, Since we ship fast, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible within preferably 1 hour and we’ll see what we can do.

Why are ear pins bent?
This is a normal phenomenon, the ear needles are all 925 silver, you can straighten them manually
What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty?
Simply tiktok@Cynthia Wang and we’ll look into this for you. When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
